Retail Refugees

This is definitely an expanding direction for retail.  While I was home in the US during the holidays I noticed how many vending machines were strategically placed throughout city (Las Vegas and Dallas) and airports selling everything from iPods, to headphones, to travel supplies!  This digital vending machine from Samsung appears to be the next generation in the family of automatic selling devices.

According to Kanyeuniversecity, the touchscreen Samsung “uVending machines are also network and wifi enabled, which means you can monitor stock before the machine runs out of product or update the information and GUI on the display remotely.
