Retail Refugees has just the finishing touches on its new Social Networking portal, The Shopkeeper.

The Shopkeeper is the place for retailers, shop owners, retail employees, consultants, and investors to network and take advantage of the collective expertise and experience.  The portal features:

• groups which can be created by region, sector, or other purpose
• a dynamic event calendar powered by members,
• an open photo album
