Taking the Nike iD concept, which allows customers to design their own sneakers online (or in some select stores), one step further, Nike has launched the iD Bespoke concept at their Mercer Street shop in NYC. According to Hypebeast, “The Nike iD Bespoke program gives the customer a one-on-one experience with a Nike design consultant, allowing the most freedom to date when it comes to complete personal sneaker customization. Launching with the classic Air Force 1 silhouette, Bespoke allows 31 different customizable parts including the base, overlay, accent, lining, stitching, outsole, laces and deubré with the ability to choose from 82 premium, iconic materials and color options. Appointments can be made in person at the 21 Mercer location with limited slots available.”
Could be an interesting holiday gift for a sneaker freak close to your heart.
